1. RELIEVING FROM SERVICES

6. CONFIDENTIALITY AND POST-EMPLOYMENT OBLIGATIONS

The Employee remains bound by confidentiality, intellectual property, non-solicitation, and other post-employment obligations as stipulated in the employment documents executed with the Company.

7. NO DUES CERTIFICATION

This Relieving Letter is issued without prejudice to the rights of the Company and subject to verification of records. It does not constitute a waiver of any legal rights or claims the Company may have against the Employee.

8. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Relieving Letter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
