POWER OF ATTORNEY

1. DECLARATION

1.1. I, the Principal, am of sound mind and competent to execute this Power of Attorney.

1.2. I hereby appoint the Attorney to be my true and lawful attorney to act for and on my behalf, in my name and stead, subject to the terms herein.

2. NATURE OF POWER

3. POWERS GRANTED

The Attorney is authorised to do all or any of the following acts on my behalf:

A. PROPERTY MATTERS

(h) to sign, verify, and submit applications, affidavits, and declarations;
(i) to appoint advocates or consultants, if required.

D. GENERAL ACTS

(j) to sign, execute, and deliver all deeds, papers, writings, and documents necessary to give effect to this POA.

4. LIMITATIONS

4.1. The Attorney shall act strictly within the scope of powers expressly granted herein.

4.2. The Attorney shall not delegate powers unless expressly authorised in writing.

5. RATIFICATION

5.1. I hereby agree to ratify and confirm all lawful acts done by the Attorney pursuant to this POA.

6. DURATION AND REVOCATION

6.1. This POA shall remain valid until {{f15_validity_period_revoked_earlier}}.

6.2. I reserve the right to revoke this POA at any time by giving written notice to the Attorney.

6.3. This POA shall automatically stand revoked upon my death or mental incapacity, unless expressly stated otherwise under law.

7. INDEMNITY

7.1. The Attorney shall indemnify and keep me indemnified against losses arising from misuse or acts beyond authority.

8. GOVERNING LAW

8.1. This Power of Attorney shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
