NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

ORDINARY BUSINESS

1. Adoption of Financial Statements

To receive, consider, and adopt:

2. Declaration of Dividend (if any)

NOTES

A member entitled to attend and vote at the AGM is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote on his/her behalf. A proxy need not be a member of the Company.

The instrument appointing the proxy must be deposited at the registered office of the Company not less than 48 hours before the commencement of the AGM.

Members are requested to notify any change in address to the Company.

Relevant documents referred to in the Notice shall be available for inspection at the registered office during business hours.

Participation through video conferencing (if applicable) shall be in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and applicable MCA circulars.
